One Prastha, a real estate developer inspired by the ancient Indian concept of Prasthas, has raised Rs 80 crore from Capri Global to support the development of its flagship 57-acre integrated township in Sonipat. The funding reflects growing investor confidence in Tier-II cities around the Delhi NCR region, as developers increasingly target emerging urban hubs for premium residential projects.
The capital infusion will be utilized for project development, infrastructure enhancement, and expansion of residential plots and community spaces, enabling One Prastha to deliver a high-quality township experience. The funds will also support land acquisition, allowing the company to expand the scale and scope of its integrated township, aligning with its long-term vision for Sonipat.
“This funding marks a key milestone in our journey to create a sustainable and premium township ecosystem in Sonipat. We are delighted to have Capri Global as our financial partner,” said Somesh Mittal, Co-Founder, One Prastha. He added that the project will be unique in terms of its club experience and pre-launch infrastructure readiness.
Aditya Goel, Co-Founder, emphasized that the funds are strategic growth capital rather than debt, aimed at efficiently delivering the current project while preparing for future expansion.
The transaction was structured by Rezonance Consultants, whose MD, Hardeep Lamba, highlighted Sonipat’s attractiveness as a real estate destination. He noted the presence of corporates like Godrej, Jindal, Hero, and Neoliv, along with recent infrastructure developments such as the Urban Extension Road and Rapid Transport Rail, which have improved connectivity to the airport and Delhi’s northern regions.
The investment underscores rising institutional interest and positive investor sentiment in emerging NCR markets, signaling a broader trend of accelerated real estate development beyond traditional urban centers. One Prastha’s township aims to combine premium living standards with sustainable design, offering a comprehensive community-focused experience for residents.
