Workspace Solutions Firm Appoints Tarun Tandon and Shallu Singh to Drive Growth and Enterprise Expansion

Managed workspace provider IndiQube Spaces Limited has announced the appointment of Tarun Tandon as Vice President of Business Development and Shallu Singh as National Director for Design and Build, as the company strengthens its leadership team to support its next phase of growth.

The appointments come at a time when enterprise demand for integrated workplace solutions is accelerating across India. Businesses are increasingly seeking partners capable of delivering managed offices, customized workplace environments, and faster execution timelines as hybrid and flexible work models continue to evolve.

For IndiQube, the leadership additions align with its strategy of expanding both customer acquisition and workplace delivery capabilities in a rapidly growing flexible workspace market.

Tarun Tandon to Lead Business Development

Tarun Tandon brings more than two decades of experience in the real estate sector, having held leadership roles at DLF, Colliers, Knowledge Realty Trust, and ICP.

In his new role, Tandon will oversee IndiQube’s sales organization, focusing on strengthening enterprise relationships, expanding market reach, and driving growth across strategic customer segments.

Commenting on his appointment, Tandon said he was excited to join the company during a period of strong demand for agile and enterprise-ready workspace solutions.

He noted that IndiQube’s ability to combine scale, customer-centricity, and execution was a key factor behind his decision to join the organization.

Shallu Singh to Strengthen Design and Build Operations

Joining alongside Tandon, Shallu Singh brings more than 25 years of experience in workplace and hospitality design and build.

Throughout her career, Singh has led large-scale workplace transformation projects for several major organizations. At IndiQube, she will focus on strengthening the company’s design and build capabilities while helping deliver integrated workplace solutions for enterprise customers.

According to Singh, modern workplace design extends beyond physical infrastructure and plays a critical role in supporting business goals, sustainability, and employee experience.

Her appointment reflects the growing importance of workplace design as a strategic business function rather than simply an operational requirement.

IndiQube Bets on Growing Enterprise Demand

Commenting on the appointments, Co-founder and CEO Rishi Das said enterprise expectations from workspace providers are evolving rapidly.

According to Das, companies are increasingly looking for partners that can support the entire workplace lifecycle—from planning and design to execution and ongoing operations. He added that the appointments will help IndiQube serve enterprise customers with greater depth, speed, and consistency as it scales.

Co-founder Meghna Agarwal echoed similar sentiments, noting that workplaces have become a central part of business strategy, with enterprises demanding customized, experience-led environments from day one.

The appointments come amid strong growth in India’s flexible workspace sector. According to Redseer, flexible workspace stock crossed 100 million square feet by the end of 2025 and is projected to reach 236 million square feet by 2030. CBRE also reported that flex spaces accounted for 23% of total office leasing in India during Q1 2026, highlighting sustained enterprise demand for managed office environments.
