BCT Ventures, an AI-native consumer brands platform, has officially launched its operations after raising ₹42 crore in a seed funding round led by 3one4 Capital.
The startup aims to redefine how consumer brands are built by combining artificial intelligence with practitioner-led expertise across product development, consumer insights, and go-to-market execution. It will initially focus on the nutrition and wellness segment before expanding into other consumer categories.

According to the company, BCT Ventures will use three proprietary AI engines—Nucleus, Resonance, and Meridian—to manage the complete consumer brand lifecycle.
Resonance focuses on audience building and consumer insights by combining practitioner-led content with AI-powered workflows. Nucleus transforms practitioner expertise, consumer demand signals, and AI-driven analysis into market-ready products.
Meanwhile, Meridian supports marketing functions such as creative testing, media buying, budget allocation, and return-on-ad-spend (ROAS) optimization.
Together, the three AI engines create a closed-loop system where consumer feedback continuously shapes product development, marketing strategies, and future innovation.
