AI-native enterprise automation company EvoluteIQ has announced two key global leadership appointments following its $53 million investment from Baird Capital. The company has appointed Paul Maguire as Chief Growth Officer and Abhinaya S R as Chief Human Resources Officer, strengthening its leadership team as it accelerates global expansion in the fast growing Agentic AI and enterprise automation market.
The appointments also reinforce India’s strategic importance in EvoluteIQ’s global operations. Bengaluru serves as the company’s major innovation and R&D hub, housing core engineering teams behind EvoluteIQ’s proprietary Agentic Mesh Architecture (aMa).
India Positioned as the Core Innovation Engine
Sameet Gupte, CEO & Co-Founder, EvoluteIQ, highlighted that India’s engineering depth and intellectual capital have been central to the company’s growth journey. He noted that Bengaluru is not merely a support centre but the driving force behind EvoluteIQ’s global ambitions.
According to Gupte, Paul Maguire will strengthen the company’s commercial and growth strategy, while Abhinaya S R will help build the organisational structure required for sustainable global scale.
Leadership Expansion to Support Global Scale
Joining as Chief Human Resources Officer, Abhinaya S R brings over two decades of HR leadership experience from companies including Abnormal AI, Soroco, ThoughtWorks, and Infosys. At EvoluteIQ, she will oversee global talent strategy, leadership development, and organisational culture across international operations.
Abhinaya stated that India is increasingly shaping global technology innovation rather than simply executing it, adding that EvoluteIQ’s position in Agentic AI creates an opportunity to build a culture where talent evolves alongside technology.
Meanwhile, Paul Maguire, who previously served as a Board Advisor to EvoluteIQ for over three years, will now lead the company’s global go-to-market strategy. His role will focus on enterprise expansion, strategic partnerships, and scaling EvoluteIQ’s automation platform across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
Positioning for the Next AI Growth Wave
The leadership expansion comes at a time when the Agentic AI market is projected to grow from $7 billion in 2025 to $93 billion by 2032, driven by rising enterprise demand for intelligent automation.
Headquartered in Stockholm, EvoluteIQ operates R&D centres in Bengaluru and California, with commercial offices in London and New York. The company currently serves Fortune 500 enterprises across sectors including banking, healthcare, insurance, telecom, and manufacturing.
