Bengaluru-based medtech company HRS Navigation has raised $5 million in a pre-Series A funding round from GVFL, Physis Capital, Sathguru Catalysers, India EXIM Bank, and KITVEN.

The company plans to deploy the fresh capital to accelerate product innovation, scale manufacturing, and expand globally, with a focus on advancing its next-generation surgical navigation systems, the company said in a press statement.

Revolutionizing Image-Guided Surgery

Co-founded by Arpit Paliwal and Shweta Paliwal, HRS Navigation is an R&D-driven medtech startup building advanced surgical navigation systems for cranial, spine, and ENT procedures. Its flagship platform, easyNav, integrates seamlessly with existing operating room infrastructure helping hospitals adopt high-precision navigation technology without the cost and complexity of overhauling existing systems.

“Our mission is to make advanced surgical navigation accessible to every hospital and surgeon so that patients across India and beyond can benefit from precision surgery,” said Arpit Paliwal, Founder and Director of HRS Navigation.

Empowering Precision in Surgery

By enabling real-time visualization and precision in complex procedures, HRS Navigation aims to make image-guided surgery more affordable and scalable across healthcare systems. The company claims to have supported over 20,000 surgeries, helping surgeons perform with enhanced confidence and accuracy.

HRS Navigation’s growing presence in India’s medtech ecosystem highlights the rise of indigenous innovation in surgical technology, bridging the gap between affordability and advanced clinical outcomes.
