AI computing solutions startup Tsavorite Scalable Intelligence has raised $5 million (₹46.65 crore) in a funding round led by Pavestone, as it looks to accelerate product development and scale its operations.
The company had earlier secured $17.9 million in a Series B round in February 2025, indicating continued investor confidence in its AI hardware vision.
Founded in 2023 by Shalesh Thusoo, Tsavorite is building an Omni Processing Unit (OPU) for the semiconductor industry. The OPU is designed to support AI inference, training, and reinforcement learning workloads.
The architecture integrates CPU, GPU, memory, and connectivity into a single device, enabling flexible configurations across edge, enterprise, and data centre environments.
In addition to hardware, Tsavorite is developing an open software stack aimed at simplifying AI deployment. The platform allows developers to run AI models without requiring code rewrites or proprietary dependencies, addressing a key pain point in current AI infrastructure.
The fresh capital will be used to advance product capabilities and support the company’s next phase of growth, as demand for high performance AI computing infrastructure continues to rise globally.
Tsavorite operates in a rapidly evolving space where startups and established players are racing to build efficient, scalable alternatives to traditional GPU based systems, particularly for next-generation AI workloads.
