New Delhi | July 30, 2025: Open-source billing platform FlexPrice has raised ₹4.1 crore ($500K) in a pre-seed round led by TDV Partners, with participation from angels including the co-founders of Magicpin, Innovaccer, and Aftershoot.

Problem/Solution
B2B SaaS pricing has long been a blind spot manual, messy, and hard to scale. FlexPrice, founded in 2024, is tackling this by building an open-source, developer-first billing and metering platform for modern, usage-based SaaS. It offers APIs that support flexible models like seat-based, pay-as-you-go, and credit-based pricing critical for emerging AI-native and agentic platforms.

Use of Funds
The fresh capital will be used to expand the engineering team, enhance analytics capabilities, and build integrations that serve AI-driven B2B startups. The product remains open-source, with premium offerings planned for enterprises.

Founders & Edge
FlexPrice was co-founded by Manish Choudhary (ex-Aftershoot), Nikhil Mishra (ex-Zomato), and Koshima Satija (ex-Magicpin/Noise). The founding team brings deep product, design, and developer tooling experience positioning FlexPrice to serve as a Stripe-like layer for billing in India’s SaaS stack.

Market Watch
As usage-based pricing gains momentum in global SaaS, Indian startups are demanding infra-grade tools that are flexible, transparent, and developer-native. FlexPrice is betting big on this shift—with open-source at its core.

Final Take
Billing is no longer a back-office function it’s a growth lever. With FlexPrice, early-stage startups now have the building blocks to price smart from day one.
