Strategic Collaboration Unveiled
Information technology giant Infosys Ltd announced a strategic partnership with Amazon Web Services to accelerate enterprise adoption of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI). The collaboration will integrate Infosys’ AI-first platform Topaz with AWS’s generative AI-powered assistant Amazon Q Developer, aiming to enhance both internal operations and client solutions across multiple industry verticals.

Integration of AI Platforms
Infosys said in a stock exchange filing that the initiative will combine Infosys Topaz its suite of AI services, solutions and platforms with Amazon Q Developer to drive AI-powered transformation in areas such as software development, human resources, recruitment, sales and vendor management. The integration is expected to streamline complex tasks like automated documentation, code generation, debugging, testing and legacy system modernisation, boosting productivity and reducing cycle times.

Client-Focused Industry Solutions
Beyond internal use cases, the partnership will leverage AWS generative AI services, including Amazon Q Developer and Amazon Bedrock, to deliver advanced solutions tailored to enterprise clients. These include dynamic, real-time personalised engagement tools for sectors such as sports and entertainment, as well as bespoke GenAI applications for manufacturing, telecom, financial services and consumer goods.
