Spyne, the AI-native automotive retail technology company, has announced the appointment of Jatin Jain as Head of Technology & AI, strengthening its mission to build a world-class, AI-first technology organisation. Jatin, who joins with more than two decades of global engineering and AI experience, will report directly to Sanjay Varnwal, CEO & Co-Founder of Spyne, and lead a rapidly expanding organisation of over 90 engineers, AI researchers, and platform specialists.
A Global Engineering Leader Joins Spyne
Jatin brings deep expertise in high-scale systems, computer vision, and AI/ML, having worked across Amazon, Instacart, MobiKwik, and the Royal Bank of Scotland. He spent nearly a decade in the US, building and scaling advanced technologies for some of the world’s most demanding consumer platforms. At Amazon Prime Video, he contributed to large-scale, computer vision–powered global video quality and enrichment systems, while at Instacart, he worked on next-generation, LLM-powered contact center technologies serving tens of millions of users across North America.
Driving Spyne’s Core Technology Agenda
In his new role, Jatin will oversee the architecture, development, and deployment of Spyne’s core AI-powered visual and data platform, strengthening its cloud and infrastructure backbone and accelerating innovation across Computer Vision, Generative AI, and distributed system design. He will also be responsible for building a global engineering culture anchored in customer obsession, first-principles thinking, speed, and technical excellence.
