Born in Jhansi, Jyoti’s ambitions carried her far beyond expectations. She moved to Delhi for engineering, interned with Samsung in South Korea, briefly joined a government role in Jabalpur, and returned to the private sector despite criticism. A casual remark “Tum toh tier-3 college se ho” turned into a defining catalyst. Amazon became her target.

Three attempts failed. Motherhood and responsibilities forced a pause. Then the pandemic years arrived, bringing personal loss that reshaped her purpose. With a three-month-old baby beside her, she prepared again, often studying through the night. In April 2022, she cracked Amazon a moment she wished her parents were alive to witness.

Inside Amazon, she learnt how global systems operate with precision. At home, she observed how much time families lose after buying products. Lost bills. Warranty confusion. Endless customer support loops. As a mother, those minutes mattered.
