Fertility and IVF platform Pluro Fertility has raised ₹125 crore ($14 million) in a Series A funding round led by Bessemer Venture Partners, valuing the company at ₹1,000 crore ($112 million). The round also saw participation from prominent investors including Vikram Chatwal, Dharmil Sheth, Hardik Dedhia, Salil Musale, Shalibhadra Shah, Niket Shah, and Karan Kapur.

Expansion and Use of Funds

The newly raised capital will be used to expand operations across multiple Indian cities, enhance its technology platform for IVF specialists and patients, and strengthen clinical and non-clinical service delivery. Pluro aims to create a seamless fertility ecosystem by integrating technology, clinical expertise, and patient-centric care.

Founding Vision

Founded in 2025 by Dr. Jaydeep Tank, Dr. Parikshit Tank, and Dr. Bhaskar Shah, Pluro Fertility operates a partnership model with independent IVF specialists. Under this model, medical autonomy remains with doctors, while Pluro handles non-clinical aspects such as administration, compliance, marketing, and technology. This structure allows specialists to focus on patient outcomes while maintaining equity participation tied to Pluro’s overall growth.

Growth Plan

Pluro plans to establish 25 fertility centres by March 2026 and expand to 100 centres over the next three years. Each centre will partner with IVF specialists with a minimum of 10 years of experience, ensuring consistent quality and credibility.

Industry Outlook

India’s fertility-tech sector is witnessing rapid growth driven by rising infertility awareness and increased access to reproductive healthcare. Recently, Luma Fertility raised $4 million in seed funding led by Peak XV’s Surge, signaling strong investor interest in the fertility-tech space.
