Yes Madam Raises ₹50 Cr Series A from Info Edge

At-home salon services platform Yes Madam has raised ₹50 crore (approximately $5.2 million) in its maiden institutional funding round led by Info Edge.

According to regulatory filings, the company issued 2,64,987 Series A preference shares at ₹1,885 apiece to raise the capital. Info Edge participated in the round through its B8 Fund and emerged as the sole investor.

Expansion Plans and Profitability Focus

As per estimates, the funding values Yes Madam at nearly ₹750 crore (around $79 million). The fresh proceeds will be used to expand into new cities, strengthen its partner network, improve technology infrastructure, and enhance customer experience while maintaining profitability and operational efficiency.

Founded in 2016 by Mayank Arya, Aditya Arya, and Akanksha Vishno, the Noida-based startup enables users to book salon, beauty, and wellness services at home through its platform.

The company claims to process over 3 lakh bookings every month across more than 55 cities and has onboarded over 12,000 professionals.

Revenue Growth and Rising Competition

Following the funding round, Info Edge now holds a 6.67% stake in the company, while the founders collectively retain a majority ownership of 68.61%.

Yes Madam also created a 10% ESOP pool valued at around ₹75 crore.

Financially, the startup claims to have reported ₹195 crore in revenue for FY26 while remaining profitable. In FY25, it had doubled operating revenue to ₹93 crore and posted a profit of ₹1.8 crore.

The company competes with players such as Urban Company, GetLook, and emerging platforms like Snabbit in the growing home services market.
