Omnichannel grocery platform Elixiir Foods has raised $9 million in a seed funding round led by 3one4 Capital, with participation from Incubate Fund Asia.

Funding Plans And Expansion Strategy

The fresh capital will be used to launch initial operations, strengthen sourcing and private label supply chains, expand wholesale and distribution infrastructure, and develop its technology stack for city-level expansion. The company aims to build an integrated grocery ecosystem that connects farm sourcing directly with consumer delivery through a supply chain-led operating model.

Business Model And Offering

Founded by Arvind Mediratta and Ambuj Narayan, Elixiir Foods is building an omnichannel grocery platform focused on fresh produce, dairy, meat, poultry, seafood, and daily essentials. The startup integrates farm-led sourcing with a private label model supported by a centralised wholesale distribution network.

Alongside core fresh categories, the platform plans to expand into staples and packaged food segments, including flours, rice, spices, grains, condiments, snacks, beverages, ready-to-eat meals, and frozen foods. The company is positioning private labels and sourcing efficiency as key drivers of pricing control and product quality.

Market Opportunity And Competition

India’s grocery retail sector continues to witness strong demand driven by convenience, quality assurance, and growing online adoption. Omnichannel grocery models are gaining traction as consumers increasingly expect seamless availability across digital and physical retail formats.

Elixiir Foods will compete with established players such as BigBasket, Grofers (Blinkit), Spencer’s Retail, Nature’s Basket, and DMart Ready, which operate across fresh produce and everyday essentials categories.
