Healthcare startup Preventify has raised ₹2 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by PedalStart, with participation from angel investors including Viren Shetty of Narayana Health, Jatin Kakrani of Dezy, founders of Supertails and Agrizy, along with senior healthcare sector executives.
Funding To Support Clinic Expansion And Care Infrastructure
Preventify plans to use the fresh capital to build its first cluster of 10 clinics, expand chronic and lifestyle disease management programs, and strengthen its technology stack alongside diagnostics and pharmacy integration. The company follows a cluster-based expansion strategy designed to standardise healthcare delivery while optimising operational costs.
Preventive Healthcare Model Focused On Chronic Disease Management
Founded by Nirmal NR and Dr. Rakesh, Preventify operates a clinic-led healthcare model focused on preventive and chronic care delivery across tier-II and tier-III markets. The startup currently operates three clinics in Kerala and claims to have served over 40,000 patients.
The platform focuses on managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory diseases through protocol-driven treatment frameworks. Preventify combines physical clinic consultations with digital monitoring tools and structured follow-up care to improve patient outcomes.
Growth Plans And Managed Care Programs
Over the next 12–18 months, Preventify plans to expand its clinic network across Kerala while investing in hiring clinicians, nurses, care coordinators, and centralised medical teams. The startup is also developing subscription-based managed care programs to improve continuity and long-term patient engagement.
PedalStart will support Preventify as an accelerator partner, assisting with growth strategy, operational optimisation, and expansion planning as the startup scales its preventive healthcare model.
