Web Optimisation Is Shifting Beyond A/B Testing

As enterprises face rising customer acquisition costs and increasingly fragmented digital journeys, traditional website optimisation models are showing limits. Static pages, manual experimentation, and slow A/B testing cycles struggle to keep up with real-time user behaviour and AI-driven traffic. This has created demand for adaptive web systems that respond instantly to intent, context, and channel signals.

Funding Snapshot

Martech startup Fibr AI has raised $5.7 million in a seed funding round led by Accel, with participation from WillowTree Ventures and MVP Ventures. The round also saw backing from several Fortune 100 operators as angel investors.
With this raise, Fibr AI’s total funding stands at $7.5 million, including a $1.8 million pre-seed round in 2024, also led by Accel.

What Fibr AI Is Building

Founded by Ankur Goyal and Pritam Roy, Fibr AI is building an agentic web experience platform that embeds autonomous AI agents directly into individual URLs. Instead of relying on manual workflows or experiment-based optimisation, these agents continuously personalise and optimise web experiences in real time.

The platform dynamically adapts websites based on visitor intent, audience type, and traffic source, while also optimising for AI-driven visitors alongside human users. This approach positions websites as living systems rather than static conversion funnels.

Traction and Growth Plans

Fibr AI says its enterprise customers have reported improved engagement metrics and lower customer acquisition costs after deploying the platform. The startup currently works with large enterprises across banking, financial services, telecom, and healthcare, sectors where conversion efficiency and compliance are critical.

The fresh capital will be used to enhance product capabilities and expand enterprise adoption across global markets.

Why This Funding Matters

Fibr AI’s raise reflects a broader shift in martech toward autonomous, always-on optimisation. As AI reshapes how users and machines interact with websites, platforms that deliver measurable outcomes without operational overhead are emerging as core digital infrastructure.
