Wishlink Raises $17.5 Million in Series B Funding

Funding led by Vertex with strong investor backing

Creator commerce startup Wishlink has raised $17.5 million (approximately Rs 145 crore) in a Series B funding round led by Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India, with participation from existing investors Fundamentum and Elevation Capital. The round comes two years after Wishlink raised $7 million in February 2024, following its $3 million seed round in October 2022. The fresh capital will be used to expand creator and brand partnerships while strengthening its technology infrastructure across consumers, creators, and brands.

Building infrastructure for influencer-led shopping

Founded in 2022 by Shaurya Gupta, Divyansh Ameta, and Chandan Yadav, Wishlink operates a creator commerce platform that enables product discovery and purchases through influencer-led content. The platform allows creators to monetize their recommendations while helping brands drive customer acquisition and measurable sales. Wishlink integrates data-driven tools that allow brands to track performance and optimize conversions across the customer journey.

Strong creator network and growing transaction scale

Wishlink currently supports over 40,000 monthly active creators who generate more than 300,000 content pieces every month. The platform facilitates over 6 million monthly orders and drives more than Rs 350 crore in monthly gross merchandise value for partner brands and marketplaces. Creators earn commissions through product-linked content, while consumers benefit from personalized discovery experiences.

Revenue growth reflects rapid platform adoption

Wishlink has demonstrated strong financial growth alongside platform expansion. According to its filings, revenue surged 356% year-on-year to Rs 53.80 crore in FY25, compared to Rs 11.79 crore in FY24. Losses remained relatively stable at Rs 18.79 crore, indicating improving operating leverage as the platform scales its ecosystem.
