Born in 2006, his entrepreneurial mindset was apparent as early as age 8. In an effort to help resolve a known issue, he created a solution that will allow customers throughout Mumbai to receive their goods quickly, affordably, and reliably with the establishment of Papers N Parcels (PNP), a logistics solution founded by Tilak Mehta in 2019 that incorporates technology with Mumbai’s 100 year old Dababwala network.
Instead of making significant capital investments to build a new delivery fleet, PNP utilised the existing infrastructure that was in place from the Dabbawala network and developed a platform that allows local couriers to deliver parcels to consumers in an efficient manner, using the infrastructure of the Dabbawala network.
PNP operates using technology integrated with tracking, scheduling, and route optimization, giving businesses and customers an easy-to-use experience while delivering packages under three kilograms at affordable rates and providing same-day service in the hyperlocal market, making the company’s logistics efficient and affordable on a national level.
Scaling a Smart Logistics Model
PNP has rapidly expanded over time. Today, PNP has approximately 1,200 daily deliveries and employs 200+ people with a company valuation over ₹100 crores.

He plans on expanding beyond Mumbai into Delhi & Bengaluru thereby replicating his success & creating a consistent delivery model throughout India.
