Overseas employees received salary increases between 1% and 6%.

According to the company, the remuneration structure is linked to market conditions, company performance, employee utilisation, and individual contributions.

Meanwhile, TCS Chief Operating Officer Aarthi Subramanian earned ₹18.3 crore during the fiscal year, including ₹15 crore in commission.

In his letter to shareholders, Krithivasan highlighted FY26 as a turning point for enterprise AI adoption, noting that businesses moved from experimental pilots to large-scale deployments of generative AI solutions.

TCS Chairman N Chandrasekaran also cautioned about growing macroeconomic uncertainty and geopolitical risks, particularly due to tensions in West Asia. He emphasized that trust, security, governance, and data sovereignty will become central as enterprises scale AI adoption globally.

The company continues to position itself as a major enterprise AI transformation partner amid rising global demand for AI-driven digital services.
