India’s construction sector is expanding rapidly, yet delays and equipment shortages continue to slow down critical infrastructure projects. Despite technological progress, execution has become slower and more fragmented. This contradiction is what led Army veteran Suryansh Gupta to launch Synfra, a platform designed to make construction equipment accessible, reliable, and transparent across India.
From Army Leadership to Infra-Tech Vision
After spending 20 years in the Indian Army building roads, bridges, and strategic infrastructure across mountains and deserts, Suryansh noticed a troubling pattern. Even as machines grew smarter, projects were taking longer. The real issue wasn’t a lack of equipment—it was a disconnected ecosystem. Machines sat idle in one district while contractors searched hundreds of kilometres away. Vendors were underpaid by middlemen, and skilled operators struggled to find verified opportunities. Suryansh created Synfra to bridge these gaps.
What Synfra Offers
Synfra serves as a one-stop rental partner, providing cranes, earthmoving machinery, road-building equipment, and concreting tools through a verified and reliable network. By combining trained operators, transparent pricing, strict safety standards, and full project support, Synfra ensures contractors receive machinery exactly when needed. This integrated approach makes construction faster, safer, and more cost effective.
Early Traction and Industry Acceptance
In just four months, Synfra has already demonstrated strong market validation. The platform has onboarded over 200 equipment vendors, verified 60 skilled operators, and engaged more than 100 contractors. It is also listed on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and integrated into the ERP systems of leading national contractors. Synfra received work orders worth 30 lakh, declining a few to maintain quality and reliability reinforcing its commitment to service over shortcuts.
A Mission Built on Trust
For Suryansh, Synfra is more than a rental solution it is a mission to bring dignity to operators, fair opportunities to vendors, and dependable access to contractors. His belief remains clear: B2B grows at the speed of trust, and Synfra is rebuilding that trust across India’s construction landscape.
