Swiggy reported a strong rise in revenue during the fourth quarter of FY26, as growth across food delivery, logistics, and quick commerce businesses helped the company narrow its quarterly losses.

According to its quarterly financial results, Swiggy’s revenue from operations increased 44.7% year-on-year to ₹6,383 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to ₹4,410 crore in the same quarter last year.

At the same time, the company reduced its quarterly losses by 26% to ₹800 crore, down from ₹1,081 crore in Q4 FY25.

For the full fiscal year FY26, Swiggy’s operating revenue rose 51% year-on-year to ₹23,052 crore. However, annual losses widened 33% to ₹4,154 crore, reflecting continued investments in quick commerce and expansion initiatives.

Among business segments, Scootsy Logistics remained the largest contributor, accounting for nearly 49% of total operating revenue. Revenue from the logistics arm increased to ₹3,135 crore during the quarter from ₹2,004 crore a year earlier.

Swiggy’s core food delivery business also maintained steady growth, with revenue rising 27.4% to ₹2,075 crore in Q4 FY26. Meanwhile, the company’s quick commerce vertical posted the fastest growth, with revenue surging 53% year-on-year to ₹1,057 crore.

Additional operating income came from businesses such as dine-out offerings and newer initiatives including Bolt and Toing.

The company also generated ₹266 crore from other income, taking total income for the quarter to ₹6,649 crore.

On the cost side, procurement of FMCG inventory for quick commerce and supply chain operations remained the largest expense category. Employee benefit expenses stood at ₹667 crore, while advertising, sales promotion, delivery costs, and operational expenses pushed total expenditure to ₹7,448 crore in Q4 FY26.

Despite elevated spending, stronger revenue growth helped improve operating leverage and reduce quarterly losses.

Swiggy’s shares closed at ₹282.8, valuing the company at around ₹78,062 crore. In comparison, rival Eternal reported a quarterly profit of ₹174 crore during the same period.

The results highlight Swiggy’s continued push to balance rapid growth in quick commerce with improving profitability across its broader platform businesses.
