Bengaluru-based voice AI startup SuperBryn has raised $1.2 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Kalaari Capital’s CXXO initiative, which backs women-led technology ventures. The round attracted participation from prominent angel investors, including EaseMyTrip co-founder Rikant Pitti, Docket AI founder Arjun Pillai, Sanas AI founder Sharath Narayanan, BMH Group CEO Harish Manian, and actor Nivin Pauly.

Strengthening AI Evaluation and Observability Infrastructure

The fresh capital will accelerate product development, strengthen the engineering and data science teams, and support enterprise-level deployments. SuperBryn is building a voice evaluation, observability, and self-learning layer for enterprise voice AI systems, addressing performance gaps that emerge when conversational agents move from lab environments to real-world customer interactions.

Helping Enterprises Manage High-Risk Voice AI Use Cases

Co-founded by Nikkitha Shanker and Neethu Mariam Joy, SuperBryn’s platform focuses on improving reliability in complex, high-risk sectors such as insurance, healthcare, and financial services. The product enables enterprises to monitor voice agent accuracy, identify performance failures, and continuously improve real-time deployments. This, according to the company, helps businesses transition from pilot to production faster, increases automation efficiency, and reduces operational risks.

Scaling in Global Markets with Enterprise Access Programs

SuperBryn is targeting enterprise customers globally with a near-term focus on the US market. The startup has been selected for Nasscom’s InnoTrek USA 2025 program and the Mphasis Sparkle Innovation Program, both of which offer strategic access to high-value enterprise customers, technology mentors, and go-to-market support.

SuperBryn aims to become a critical enabler for enterprises adopting conversational AI at scale, especially as global businesses shift towards voice-enabled automation and customer support systems.
