Redapto, an autonomous AI platform for customer interaction and lifecycle management, has raised $500K in a pre-seed round led by Y Combinator. The funding will be used to deepen Redapto’s capabilities in activation, expansion, churn prediction, lifecycle personalization, and to improve data pipelines and AI accuracy.
