Online dispute resolution (ODR) platform Presolv360 has secured $4.7 million in a fresh funding round led by Elevation Capital, with participation from existing backer MGA Ventures and other angel investors.

This marks a significant scale-up for the Mumbai-based startup, which had earlier raised $1.08 million in seed funding in February 2022.

Building Accessible Legal-Tech

Founded in 2017 by Bhaven Shah, Namitha Shah, and Aman Sanghavi, Presolv360 offers a technology-first platform for arbitration and mediation. By integrating AI-driven tools and digital modules, the company aims to make dispute resolution faster, cost-effective, and more accessible for businesses and individuals.

The platform connects users with qualified lawyers, offers agreement review services, and has gained backing from government bodies and senior members of the judiciary. Its focus on streamlining financial disputes has made it a preferred partner for banks and fintech companies.

Expansion Plans

With the latest funding, Presolv360 plans to extend its services beyond arbitration and mediation to cover other dispute workflows.

“We currently do arbitration and mediation; we want to replicate these systems for other dispute workflows as well,” said Bhaven Tarunkumar Shah, co-founder of Presolv360.

The company will also enhance its legal-tech infrastructure to support faster case resolution and strengthen user experience.

Competitive Landscape

Presolv360 operates in a growing ODR market that includes players such as Sama, Cadr.in, Jupitice, and Webnyay. With financial institutions under pressure to resolve disputes efficiently, the sector is seeing increasing adoption of tech-enabled solutions.

Final Take

As India embraces digital justice, Presolv360’s latest funding marks a step toward mainstreaming tech-led dispute resolution. By bridging law and technology, it is building the backbone of a more efficient legal ecosystem.
