OG Media 360 Acquires Times of Business, Expands Its Social-First Media Universe

OG Media 360 has announced the acquisition of Times of Business, a 1.4 million strong Instagram-led business news community, marking a significant expansion of its digital-first media network. The move strengthens the company’s fast-growing DOC Media Universe, which already includes StartupByDOC, BusinessByDOC and Startup India Stories.

With this acquisition, Times of Business’ business updates, market insights and startup-focused content will integrate into OG Media 360’s existing social-led verticals, enhancing the organisation’s reach and deepening its presence among founders, professionals and India’s new-age business audience.

Commenting on the announcement, Ankit Chowdhary, Founder & CEO, OG Media 360, said the acquisition reflects the company’s mission of building India’s most powerful social-first business media network. “Our vision is clear to reshape business storytelling at scale. With Times of Business joining our ecosystem, we are accelerating this mission and expanding the depth and diversity of the content we can deliver,” he said.

Looking ahead, OG Media 360 plans to build Times of Business into a multi-platform brand through expansion across LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and X. The company will launch daily business and finance explainers, interview-led formats within the DOC ecosystem, a premium community offering under TOB Insiders, and new collaboration-based revenue opportunities. Cross-distribution across all OG Media 360 properties will further amplify reach and engagement.
