Legal technology startup Nyayanidhi has raised $2 million in seed funding, led by 3one4 Capital, with participation from DeVC, PeerCheque, Force Ventures, and several angel investors, including Nishchay Ag, co-founder of Jar.

The Bengaluru-based startup said the capital will be used to expand its advocate partner network, strengthen AI infrastructure, deepen government collaborations, and scale operations across more states.

Building AI-Driven Legal Infrastructure

Founded in 2024 by Adithya LHS, Chakshu Masagali, and Pratik Pany, Nyayanidhi is developing a litigation operating system that leverages AI and automation to simplify legal documentation, translations, and filings. The platform aims to make litigation management ten times faster and more reliable by standardising workflows and ensuring accuracy through built-in quality controls.

By integrating AI into legal processes, Nyayanidhi enables lawyers, courts, and enterprises to manage large-scale legal documentation efficiently, helping improve trust, transparency, and accountability in dispute resolution.

Tackling India’s Legal Backlog with Technology

India’s legal system faces an enormous backlog, with over 50 million pending cases and 20 million new filings annually, according to government data. Nyayanidhi aims to address this challenge through a blend of AI automation, multilingual drafting, and structured oversight.

The company has already conducted pilots with High Courts, enterprise clients, and legal service providers, processing thousands of litigation cases and demonstrating early traction. Its long-term vision is to create a national litigation backbone, where technology reduces bottlenecks and enhances access to timely justice.
