Funding Round and Investors
Kayess Square, a finance, risk, governance and transaction advisory firm, has raised ₹10 crore in a pre-Series A funding round led by Vakil Housing. The round also saw participation from individual investors including Parthasarathy NS, Ramakrishna, Umashankar, Raveen Sastry, Vadiraj Katti, Suresh Pillay and Anand Narayanan, among others.
Use of Proceeds
The company said the capital will be used to strengthen its core practice areas and enhance the quality and depth of its advisory services. The funding is expected to support investments in people, systems and process capabilities across its service lines.

The firm provides CFO advisory, mergers and acquisitions advisory, transaction support, due diligence, valuation, risk management, tax advisory and secretarial services to companies across stages and sectors.
