New Accelerator Program Targets Proptech and Construction Tech Innovation
India Accelerator (IA), a multistage fund-led accelerator, has partnered with V S Fortune to launch LeapFWD, a sector-specific accelerator program aimed at identifying, mentoring, and scaling high-potential startups in the proptech and construction technology sectors.
The initiative is designed to bridge the innovation-to-adoption gap by supporting ten startups building solutions that combine technology, sustainability, and operational efficiency within the construction and real estate industries.
Funding Pool and Program Structure
The four-month program will provide participants with structured mentorship, business development access, and a joint funding pool of ₹100–150 crore, supported by IA, V S Fortune, and their investor networks.
LeapFWD will act as a launchpad for startups innovating across smart real estate, construction automation, sustainable materials, and digital infrastructure management. Selected startups will also gain opportunities to pilot their solutions with real estate developers, infrastructure firms, and other ecosystem partners.
Demo Day and Industry Access
The program will culminate in a Demo Day, where founders will pitch to investors, corporates, and industry leaders. The first LeapFWD cohort will commence in December 2025 and conclude in March 2026 with a showcase of participating startups to potential backers and collaborators.
