Global Trade Needs Predictable, Tech-Led Supply Chains
Cross-border logistics remains one of the most fragmented layers of global trade. Indian exporters and importers still navigate multiple vendors, manual documentation, poor visibility, and reactive execution across customs, freight, and last-mile delivery. As trade corridors expand beyond traditional routes, demand is rising for orchestration-led platforms that can bring predictability and coordination to international supply chains.
Funding Snapshot and Investor Mix
Gurugram-based Hexalog has raised $4 million (around ₹33 crore) in a seed funding round led by ENRISSION INDIA CAPITAL. The round also saw participation from Mount Judi Ventures, Action Tesa Family Office, Bajaj Ventures, Nandan Growth Fund, and angel investors including Saurabh Deep Singla, Sumit Jalan, Amit Tyagi, and Nitin Sethi.
What Hexalog Is Building
Co-founded in February 2024 by Dibyanshu Tripathi, Utkarsh Tripathi, Vineet Malik, and Shobhit Singh, Hexalog is an AI-led 4PL full-stack orchestrator for cross-border trade. Its platform coordinates the entire logistics lifecycle from order confirmation and documentation to customs clearance, line haul, and final delivery. By acting as an orchestration layer rather than a point solution, Hexalog aims to turn cross-border logistics into a predictable execution workflow. The company currently operates across 80+ countries and covers over 29,000 Indian pincodes, competing with global players such as Flexport and e2open.
Why This Funding Matters
The fresh capital will be used to strengthen Hexalog’s technology stack and accelerate go-to-market efforts across key trade corridors, especially the Middle East and Southeast Asia. For Indian startups, Hexalog’s raise signals growing investor interest in AI-led orchestration platforms that address structural inefficiencies in global trade, positioning India not just as a sourcing hub but as a builder of next-generation supply chain infrastructure.
