Singapore | August 11, 2025 — E-commerce technology startup Graas AI has raised $9 million in a pre-Series B funding round led by Tin Men Capital, with participation from Incred Wealth, Orzon, and returning backers Integra Partners and Yuj Ventures.

From Insights to Action

Founded in 2022 by Prem Bhatia and Ashwin Puri, Graas AI has built Agent Foundry, a multi agent platform designed to execute not just analyze commerce tasks. Instead of relying on dashboards, the system uses autonomous AI agents to act directly on business data.

Specialized agents in the platform include:

  • Chattr – AI-powered customer support that prioritizes conversions
  • Extract – Cleans and organizes data into Sheets or databases
  • Hoppr, Cartlyst, Turbo, and others Handling pricing, margin protection, customer acquisition, and inventory optimization

The goal is simple: automate complex e-commerce decisions, reduce operational friction, and help brands scale without additional human overhead.

Scale and Compliance

Graas AI already works with over 2,000 brands, has processed $1 billion+ in GMV, and operates in seven countries. The company maintains strict compliance standards, holding SOC2, GDPR, PDPA, and ISO certifications making it enterprise ready for global clients.

Strategic Outlook

The fresh capital will be used to expand the Agent Foundry ecosystem, enhance product capabilities, and deepen presence in existing markets. With e-commerce competition intensifying, Graas AI is betting on autonomous systems as the next big leap offering solutions that don’t just tell brands what’s happening but take the right actions in real time.
