Eternal Reports Strong Q2 FY2026 Growth Across B2C Portfolio

Eternal, the parent company of Zomato, Blinkit, and District, shared its Q2 FY2026 financial highlights, reporting robust growth across its B2C businesses. The update, shared by CEO Deepinder Goyal, reflects the company’s focus on scaling operations and profitability while expanding its presence domestically and internationally.

Financial Performance
Consolidated Adjusted Revenue surged 172% year-on-year (YoY) and 85% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) to INR 13,968 crore, while Adjusted EBITDA reached INR 224 crore, up 30% QoQ. The consolidated Net Order Value (NOV) of the B2C businesses — Zomato, Blinkit, and District — grew 57% YoY (15% QoQ) to INR 23,164 crore, highlighting sustained traction across verticals.

Business Highlights

  • Blinkit: NOV accelerated 137% YoY (27% QoQ), marking the highest growth in ten quarters. Network expansion continued with 272 new stores, taking the total to 1,816, with a target of 3,000 stores by March 2027.
  • District: NOV in the “going out” vertical rose 32% YoY. The company introduced stores as a new category on the app, onboarding ~3,400 outlets across six cities and enabling 60,000+ transactions. District also expanded internationally, launching in the UAE to tap into its vibrant outdoor entertainment market.
  • Zomato: Food delivery NOV grew 14% YoY, slightly higher than the previous quarter. The business achieved its highest profit margin ever (5.3% of NOV), surpassing INR 500 crore in quarterly profit. Growth rate is recovering gradually after bottoming out in Q1 FY26.
  • Hyperpure: The core restaurant supply business grew 42% YoY (15% QoQ), with profitability expected within the next two quarters.
