Multi-agent GenAI platform CraftifAI has raised $3 million (approximately Rs 27.2 crore) in a seed funding round led by Ankur Capital, with participation from IvyCap Ventures, Capital-A, Antler, and other investors. The funding highlights growing investor confidence in startups building foundational AI infrastructure for embedded systems, robotics, and edge computing.
Funding to Accelerate Hiring and Global Expansion
CraftifAI will use the fresh capital to expand its engineering and go-to-market teams while accelerating its global expansion strategy. The company aims to strengthen its presence across key international markets where demand for embedded AI and automation platforms is rapidly increasing.
Building GenAI Infrastructure for Edge and Embedded Systems
Founded in 2025 by Pratik Sharda and Yashwant Dagar, CraftifAI is developing a silicon-agnostic Generative AI platform designed to simplify embedded software and AI model development. Its technology uses GenAI and agentic workflows to automate model optimisation, quantisation, and deployment across edge devices. The platform helps companies building robotics, drones, IoT systems, and automation products reduce development time and operational complexity.
CraftifAI’s platform integrates fragmented development tools into a unified AI-driven workflow, supporting frameworks such as GStreamer, ROS2, and Android. This enables hardware manufacturers to move faster from product concept to commercial deployment.
Early Traction Across Robotics, IoT, and Semiconductor Ecosystem
The Bengaluru-based startup has already secured pilot projects with Indian OEMs across robotics, drones, IoT, and AI camera segments, along with a publicly listed semiconductor company in the United States. As edge AI adoption accelerates globally, CraftifAI aims to position itself as a core infrastructure provider enabling faster and more efficient hardware innovation.
