Warehousing and fulfilment partner Edgistify has raised $1.4 million in a pre-Series A funding round co-led by NB Ventures and investor Rajesh Ranavat, the company said in a statement. The round also saw participation from PhysicsWallah co-founder Prateek Maheshwari, Vivek Gaur, Vikram Tandon, and other angel investors.
The Mumbai-based startup had earlier raised $1.63 million in a seed funding round from Sterling Auxiliaries and other investors.
Edgistify said the fresh capital will be deployed to onboard more high growth brands, strengthen AI-led supply chain orchestration through its proprietary platform EdgeOS, and expand fulfilment capabilities across Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets. The company is also focused on deepening its warehouse network to support faster, more cost-efficient deliveries across India.
Founded in 2017 by Umang Shukla, Antim Suman, and Kamal Kishore Kumawat, Edgistify positions itself as an AI-driven warehousing and fulfilment partner aiming to build a scalable and intelligent supply chain backbone for brands. Its technology platform, EdgeOS, integrates warehousing, order management, transportation, last mile delivery and on ground operations into a unified execution ecosystem.
EdgeOS combines WMS, OMS, FMS, last-mile logistics and internal operations intelligence into a single orchestration layer. According to the company, this allows brands to design fulfilment models tailored to their specific needs, helping improve delivery speed, reduce operational costs and enhance customer experience. The platform also addresses common supply chain challenges such as purchase order errors, multi-channel fragmentation, unpredictable replenishment cycles and city-level operational inconsistencies.
Edgistify operates an extensive warehouse network across North, South, East and West India, enabling deliveries to more than 27,000 pin codes nationwide. The company primarily serves businesses in FMCG, beauty, electronics, pharmaceuticals and quick commerce.
As per information available on its website, Edgistify processes over one lakh orders daily, supports more than 75 technology integrations, operates across 50+ cities with a network of over 100 warehouses, and has worked with more than 50 enterprise and fast-growing brands.
With rising demand for efficient, tech-led fulfilment solutions driven by e-commerce and omnichannel retail, Edgistify aims to strengthen its position as a full-stack supply chain partner for brands scaling across India.
