A New Way to Own and Upgrade Pixel Smartphones
Google has introduced a first-of-its-kind Pixel Upgrade Program in India, offering consumers a simpler and more affordable way to own and upgrade Pixel smartphones every year. Starting at just ₹3,333 per month, the program allows customers to move to the latest eligible Pixel device annually through a structured no-cost EMI plan.
How the Pixel Upgrade Program Works
Under the program, customers can purchase select Pixel smartphones on a 24-month no-cost EMI plan and become eligible to upgrade after completing a minimum of nine monthly payments. Between the 9th and 15th EMI, users can exchange their existing Pixel for a new eligible model while continuing the same EMI amount on a fresh loan. The program includes an assured buyback, irrespective of the device’s physical condition, provided it powers on and passes basic functional checks.
Partner Ecosystem and Availability
The initiative has been launched in partnership with Cashify, Bajaj Finance Ltd., and HDFC Bank and will be available across select retail stores in India. The program runs until June 30, 2026, making it one of Google’s most flexible device ownership initiatives in the country.

Eligible Devices and Enrollment
Customers can choose from Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold. Enrollment into the Pixel Upgrade Program must be completed on the Cashify website within 30 days of purchase. At the time of upgrade, Cashify credits the customer’s bank account with the remaining loan balance, enabling loan closure without prepayment charges.
Exchange Benefits and Added Services
Enrollment also qualifies customers for an exchange bonus of up to ₹7,000. Additionally, new Pixel buyers receive trial subscriptions to Google services, including Google AI Pro, Google One Premium (2TB), Fitbit Premium, and YouTube Premium, depending on the device model.
