Quick Commerce Fashion Platform Expands with Fresh Capital

Mumbai-based quick commerce fashion platform KNOT has raised $5 million in a new funding round led by 12 Flags, with participation from existing investors Kae Capital and Boundless Ventures. This round follows the company’s $3 million pre-Series A fundraise in August, reflecting strong investor conviction in rapid-growth fashion delivery.

Hyperlocal Fashion Delivery with Try-and-Buy

Founded in 2025 by IIT Bombay graduates Archit Nanda and Rachit Bansal, KNOT provides 60-minute fashion delivery, doorstep trials, and instant returns for Gen Z and millennial shoppers. The platform combines hyperlocal distribution, creator-led discovery, and AI-powered virtual try-on to reduce uncertainty around fit and style.

Capital Deployment and Network Expansion

KNOT plans to use the proceeds to expand its 60-minute delivery network across Mumbai and other major cities, while investing in micro-warehousing, routing optimisation, and last-mile logistics. The funding will also support higher order volumes and faster delivery cycles as demand increases.

Fashion Brands and Order Growth

The company is expanding its brand portfolio by onboarding established labels such as Jack & Jones, Vero Moda, Van Heusen, Louis Philippe, and Allen Solly. KNOT claims to have crossed 350 daily orders, marking a 3x increase in three months, driven by improved service reach and repeat engagement.

Consumer Behaviour and Competitive Landscape

KNOT is positioned at the intersection of speed, convenience, and experiential buying, as consumers increasingly prefer instant access, personalised selection, and flexible trial options. The company competes with players such as Slikk and ZILO, while Myntra has expanded its quick delivery services across more Indian cities.
