Instafix, a doorstep smartphone repair startup, has raised ₹7.55 crore in a pre-seed funding round co-led by Titan Capital and 8i Ventures.

The round also saw participation from investors Anish Srivastava and Bharat Kalia.

The startup said the fresh capital will be used to scale operations in Gurugram, expand repair services beyond iPhones to premium Android devices, and strengthen the technology infrastructure powering its on-site repair model.

Founded in 2025 by Aniket Kale and Chetan Chauhan, Instafix offers a 30-minute doorstep smartphone repair service supported by certified technicians and warranty backed repairs.

The company’s model allows customers to book smartphone repairs online, following which a technician visits the customer’s location and completes the repair on-site, typically within 30 minutes.

According to the startup, every repair is backed by a warranty of up to 12 months and priced up to 50% lower than OEM service centres, positioning the platform as a faster and more affordable alternative to traditional repair services.

Instafix currently operates in Gurugram and says it has been growing 100% month-on-month since launching in October 2025.

The company plans to gradually expand beyond smartphones and build a broader on-demand repair platform across consumer electronics categories.

India’s consumer electronics market is estimated to be worth nearly $73 billion and is growing at close to 20% annually, creating opportunities for repair, refurbishment, and after-sales service startups.

The funding also highlights growing investor interest in service-led consumer tech platforms focused on convenience, quick turnaround times, and asset light operational models.

Titan Capital, one of the lead investors in the round, has previously backed startups including Mamaearth, Ola, Razorpay, Urban Company, and Shadowfax.
