The integration brings ixigo’s platforms ixigo Flights & Hotels, AbhiBus, and ConfirmTkt directly into ChatGPT, allowing users to search, compare, and plan travel across flights, trains, buses, and hotels in real time.
Users can access real time pricing, availability, and fare insights, along with features such as nearby date comparisons for lower fares. The platform also introduces live flight tracking, enabling users to check updates like boarding gates, baggage belts, and check-in counters.
For bookings, users are redirected to the ixigo app or website, ensuring a seamless transition from discovery to transaction.
The integration also extends to intercity travel through AbhiBus, where users can filter bus options by category, including new, top rated, budget, and electric buses, while reviewing schedules and operators.
Additionally, ixigo offers airport cab services, allowing users to find transportation to and from major airports within the same flow.
