AI-based brand analytics platform GobbleCube has seen its co-founders’ stake diluted by over 70% following its recent $15 million Series A funding round led by Susquehanna Venture Capital, with participation from existing investors Info Edge Ventures and Kae Capital.

According to regulatory filings, the company issued 37,735 Series A preference shares at an issue price of ₹35,776 each, raising approximately ₹135 crore ($15 million).

Susquehanna led the round with an investment of ₹81 crore, while Info Edge Ventures and Kae Capital infused ₹31.5 crore and ₹22.5 crore, respectively, increasing their ownership in the company.

Post funding, GobbleCube’s valuation has surged over 4X to ₹612 crore (~$68 million), compared to ₹145 crore in its previous seed round raised in July last year.Build smarter. Learn faster. Grow stronger with StartupByDoc.

Following the allotment, Info Edge Ventures emerged as the largest shareholder with an 18.23% stake, followed by Kae Capital at 16.57%, and Susquehanna Venture Capital at 13.24%. Co-founders Manas Gupta, Srikumar Nair, and Nitesh Jindal now hold 9.34% each.

The company has also expanded its ESOP pool to 10.72%, adding stock options worth around ₹12 crore, signaling continued focus on talent acquisition.

Founded in 2022, GobbleCube offers an AI-powered platform for consumer brands, enabling automation across demand forecasting, pricing, supply chain, and performance tracking. The platform aggregates marketplace and internal data to improve operational efficiency.

The startup claims to have onboarded 400+ brands across enterprise and D2C segments, with a presence spanning India, MENA, and LATAM markets.

GobbleCube competes with global players such as CommerceIQ, Profitero, and NielsenIQ.

The sharp dilution of founder stake highlights a broader trend in India’s startup ecosystem, where founders are increasingly giving up significant equity at early stages to secure growth capital, often balancing scale with long term control.
