Kabeer Biswas New AI Startup M Raises ₹102 Crore from Peak XV, Blume, and CRED

Former Dunzo co-founder Kabeer Biswas is raising ₹102 crore (around $11 million) for his new consumer AI startup M, with Peak XV Partners leading the round.

The funding round also sees participation from Blume Ventures and CRED (Dreamplug Technologies, led by Kunal Shah).

Co-founded by Kabeer Biswas and Kartik Mishra, M is building a consumer AI platform aimed at reducing friction in managing everyday home operations by automating decisions, coordination, and services.

Incorporated in 2025 as Curious Digital Pvt Ltd, the company has approved issuing 54,956 Series Seed CCPS at ₹18,577 each to raise the planned capital, as per regulatory filings.

Peak XV Partners will invest ₹46.4 crore, while Blume Ventures and CRED will contribute ₹37.12 crore and ₹18.56 crore, respectively.

The startup has already received ₹83.53 crore (~$9 million), with the remaining capital expected to follow shortly.

Post funding, the company is estimated to be valued at around ₹300 crore. Peak XV will hold 15.47% stake, followed by Blume Ventures (12.37%) and CRED (6.19%). The founders each hold 3.1%, while a significant 38.67% stake is held by PVK Family Trust.

Notably, the company has also created a large ESOP pool of 21.11%, signaling plans to attract top talent.

Kabeer Biswas previously co-founded Dunzo, backed by Reliance Retail, and later led Flipkart Minutes before launching M.
