Unicommerce Appoints Gaurav Juneja as Chief Revenue Officer

Ecommerce enablement SaaS platform Unicommerce has appointed Gaurav Juneja as its Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and designated him as a Senior Management Personnel, effective December 18, 2025, according to a regulatory filing by the company.

The appointment was approved by Unicommerce’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee through a resolution passed on the same day. The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, in compliance with the latest SEBI circulars.

Juneja joined Unicommerce earlier on October 13, 2025, and will now lead the company’s revenue strategy, sales and business development functions, and customer engagement initiatives. His mandate also includes strengthening go-to-market execution across emerging growth areas such as B2B commerce, quick commerce, and international markets.

Commenting on his appointment, Juneja said he is excited to work with a mission driven team focused on transforming ecommerce and retail operations, with a strong emphasis on customer relationships and scalable growth across geographies.

Juneja brings over two decades of experience across consumer internet, SaaS, financial services, and retail. Prior to Unicommerce, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at CX automation SaaS firm Kapture.cx. His career also includes leadership roles at Google, where he headed digitisation initiatives, and the co-founding of StarQuik, an online grocery platform later acquired by Tata Trent. He has additionally worked with Reliance Retail, Lehman Brothers, Li & Fung India, and Bryan, Garnier & Co.

Welcoming the appointment, Kapil Makhija, Managing Director and CEO of Unicommerce, said Juneja’s experience in digital transformation, AI-driven growth, and ecommerce SaaS would be instrumental in the company’s next phase of expansion.

The leadership appointment comes as Unicommerce continues to broaden its product portfolio, with recent launches spanning B2B commerce, quick commerce management, AI-enabled tools, and logistics automation through its Shipway platform.

Unicommerce currently serves over 7,100 clients across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, supporting ecommerce and retail businesses across online and offline channels.
