Asset performance management platform Truboard Partners has raised ₹20 crore (approximately $2.2 million) in a funding round led by Earth Fund, a sustainability focused venture capital firm.
The Mumbai based startup had earlier secured $2.83 million from Polestar Capital and other investors. With this latest round, the company plans to strengthen its product architecture and expand its AI-driven platform across multiple asset classes in a disciplined and scalable manner.
Focus on AI-Led Portfolio Intelligence
Founded in 2020 by Srickant Rajagopal, Nandkumar Surti, and Vipul Thakore, Truboard Partners provides AI-powered asset performance management software designed for lenders, equity investors, and asset owners managing real and financial assets.
The platform delivers 360 degree portfolio intelligence covering investment performance, risk analytics, compliance monitoring, and operational efficiency. By consolidating fragmented datasets into a unified decision making layer, it enables institutions to optimise portfolio IRRs and strengthen governance frameworks.
According to the company, its technology reduces lender visibility timelines from months to days, enhances risk management processes, and can potentially improve asset level returns by 2–3% through structured monitoring and data backed interventions.
Expanding Across Real Estate and Energy
Truboard Partners works closely with developers, financial institutions, and institutional investors managing complex multi-asset portfolios. Its platform serves stakeholders across real estate and clean energy infrastructure, covering both debt and equity structures.
The company has expanded its footprint beyond India into the US and European markets, reflecting growing global demand for transparent, technology driven post investment asset monitoring solutions.
Addressing Structural Gaps in Real Assets
India’s real asset ecosystem, particularly in real estate and renewable energy, has long faced challenges around fragmented reporting, delayed monitoring, and limited transparency. Truboard aims to address these inefficiencies by creating a common operating layer that standardises data, enhances accountability, and supports institutional grade portfolio oversight.
With backing from Earth Fund, the company is positioning itself at the intersection of fintech, proptech, and climate-tech infrastructure. The fresh capital is expected to accelerate product innovation and reinforce its role as a technology enabler for asset owners seeking performance visibility, risk mitigation, and sustainable value creation.
