Premium haircare brand &Done has secured $3 million (around Rs 25 crore) in a Series A funding round led by RTP Global, valuing the company at a post-money valuation of approximately Rs 125 crore.
The round also saw participation from All In Capital, Suashish, and angel investors including Kitty Agarwal, along with Titan Capital founders Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal. The Gurugram-based startup had earlier raised Rs 6 crore in a pre-seed round led by All In Capital in December last year.
According to the company, the fresh capital will be deployed to strengthen research and product development, expand its team, scale its salon network, and invest in brand-building initiatives.
Founded in 2023 by Saumya Yadav and Atit Jain, &Done is a professional-grade haircare brand focused on science-backed formulations tailored for Indian hair types and local climatic conditions. The brand follows a salon-first strategy and works closely with global formulation partners and professional stylists to develop products tested in real Indian environments.
&Done is positioning itself to solve a key gap in the Indian salon ecosystem, where imported haircare products are often designed for temperate climates and Caucasian hair, while many domestic offerings lack performance-driven formulations. The company uses globally sourced active ingredients, with products validated by Indian consumers and salon professionals.
Currently, &Done’s professional portfolio is available across more than 500 premium salons in regions including Delhi NCR, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, and Hyderabad. The brand offers four professional SKUs and two retail products, sold through both online and offline channels, with several new launches planned in 2026.
As per industry estimates, India’s haircare market is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of over 11% between 2025 and 2033, driven by premiumisation and increasing demand for specialised hair solutions.
“Salons are at the heart of our growth strategy. Leading stylists were the first to test our formulations, and their inputs have shaped every product iteration,” said Saumya Yadav, co-founder of &Done. “Our goal is to redefine what ‘Made in India’ means in professional haircare, because Indian hair needs solutions built specifically for it.”
The company claims to have served around 15,000 customers through its website, over 35,000 via online marketplaces, and established a presence across more than 500 salons nationwide. &Done competes with global and domestic brands such as Olaplex, Nexxus, Redken, and Moxie.
