Single-specialty interventional pain management clinic chain Nivaan Care has raised $7 million in a Series A funding round led by Sorin Investments, with participation from existing investors W Health Ventures, Endiya Partners and Rebright Partners.

The round comes just months after the company raised $4.25 million in seed funding in February 2025, led by Endiya Partners, underscoring strong investor confidence in its focused healthcare delivery model.

Use of Capital

Nivaan Care said the fresh capital will be used to:

  • Expand its clinic footprint across multiple Indian cities
  • Strengthen clinical and operating infrastructure
  • Advance minimally invasive pain management procedures
  • Invest in talent and standardised care protocols

Business Model and Presence

Founded in 2023, New Delhi-based Nivaan Care operates single-specialty clinics focused on chronic pain conditions such as back, knee and neck pain. The company follows a multidisciplinary care model, integrating pain physicians, physiotherapists and care coordinators to deliver non-surgical and minimally invasive interventions.

The chain currently serves patients across Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, and satellite markets including Jaipur and Lucknow. To date, Nivaan Care has completed over 40,000 consultations and carried out approximately 5,000 minimally invasive procedures.

Expansion Plans

With the Series A capital, Nivaan Care plans to expand into new markets such as Bengaluru, while continuing to build operational depth and clinical consistency across locations.

The company said its evidence-led, patient-centric approach aims to address the fragmented nature of chronic pain care in India, positioning itself as an alternative to basic physiotherapy on one end and invasive surgery on the other.

Why It Matters

As chronic pain conditions rise alongside ageing demographics and sedentary lifestyles, focused care delivery models like Nivaan Care’s are attracting investor attention for their scalability, clinical outcomes and capital efficiency within India’s evolving healthcare ecosystem.
