B2B SaaS platform Mojro has raised $3 million in a fresh funding round led by IAN Alpha Fund, with participation from 1Crowd and existing investors. The investment will support the company’s global expansion and product development initiatives.

Focus on US and Southeast Asia Expansion

The newly raised capital will be deployed to strengthen Mojro’s presence in the United States and Southeast Asia, two key growth markets for the company. It will also be used to enhance its AI-driven logistics optimisation platform and expand product, engineering, and sales teams.

Founded in 2016 by Kishan Aswath, Amit Kulkarni, and Ranganath Seetharamu, Mojro builds enterprise grade software for logistics planning and supply chain optimisation. The platform caters to mid-to-large enterprises across sectors including CPG, retail, dairy, courier services, and e-commerce.

AI-Powered Logistics Optimisation

Mojro’s SaaS offerings focus on route optimisation, delivery constraint management, and real-time execution monitoring. Its core products PlanWyse and ExecuteWyse help enterprises streamline logistics operations, reduce costs, and improve service reliability.

The company operates on a usage based SaaS model and generates more than 60% of its revenue from international markets such as the US, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines. To accelerate growth in North America, Mojro has established partnerships with consulting and technology firms to strengthen customer acquisition and enterprise onboarding.

According to the company, clients can achieve up to 20% savings in logistics costs and observe measurable operational improvements within 90 days of platform deployment.

Strengthening Global B2B SaaS Footprint

With supply chain efficiency becoming a board level priority for enterprises worldwide, AI-led optimisation platforms are witnessing increased adoption. Mojro’s latest funding round positions it to compete more aggressively in global markets while deepening its technology stack.

As enterprises continue to digitise logistics and last-mile operations, Mojro aims to leverage its data-driven SaaS architecture to deliver scalable, high impact optimisation solutions across industries.
