Market intelligence startup Mindcase has raised ₹1.5 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by early stage venture capital firm AJVC, as it looks to scale its AI-driven intelligence platform and expand globally.

The fresh capital will be used to scale Mindcase’s self-serve SaaS platform, deepen its data and intelligence coverage across new domains, and accelerate global go-to-market efforts, the company said in a statement.

Building AI-Native Market Intelligence

Founded by IIM Ahmedabad alumni Kritish Puri and Saurabh Shubham, Gurugram-based Mindcase leverages hundreds of proprietary AI agents and automated workflows to convert unstructured market and consumer data into actionable, decision ready insights for strategy and business teams.

The platform aggregates and analyses signals from a wide range of sources, enabling enterprises to track market trends, consumer behaviour, competitive movements, and emerging opportunities in near real time.

Shift Toward Self-Serve SaaS Model

While Mindcase already works with large enterprises through custom market intelligence engagements, the company is now scaling a self-serve SaaS offering aimed at driving wider adoption, faster onboarding, and repeat usage among global customers.

Going forward, the startup plans to:

  • Enhance agentic AI workflows for deeper analytical capabilities
  • Support a broader set of use cases across industries
  • Build a robust intelligence layer for strategy, growth, and leadership teams

AJVC’s Growing Early-Stage Portfolio

Mindcase joins a growing list of early-stage startups backed by Aviral Bhatnagar-led AJVC. The firm’s portfolio includes companies such as Care Dale, HandyPanda, Multibagg AI, Nuyug, Mithila Foods, Jaagruk Bharat, TruFides AI, Chop Finance, Gaadi Mech, and Iztri.

Why It Matters

As enterprises increasingly rely on AI-driven insights for faster and more informed decision-making, platforms like Mindcase are positioning themselves at the intersection of automation, data intelligence, and strategy execution. The move toward a scalable SaaS model could help the startup tap into a much larger global market for market and competitive intelligence tools.
