Honasa Consumer, the parent company of Mamaearth and several digital-first beauty brands, has announced the acquisition of BTM Ventures, the owner of men’s grooming label Reginald Men, in a deal valued at ₹195 crore. Honasa will acquire a 95% stake through a secondary transaction, while the remaining 5% will be purchased after 12 months based on agreed valuation terms.
Founded in August 2022, Reginald Men has rapidly built a strong position in the premium men’s personal care space. The brand focuses on high-demand categories such as sunscreens and serums, and has generated over ₹70 crore in revenue in the last twelve months with an impressive 25% EBITDA margin. Its flagship Helios Moisturizing Sunscreen is currently the most searched men’s sunscreen on Google India, reflecting its growing popularity.
Honasa said the acquisition expands its presence in the men’s grooming segment, one of the fastest-growing categories in India. It also strengthens the company’s reach in South India, where Reginald Men earns a majority of its revenue. Additionally, Honasa will gain access to effective product playbooks and deeper insights in categories that already align with its core focus areas.
Honasa Consumer operates a diverse portfolio that includes Mamaearth, The Derma Co., Aqualogica, BBlunt, Dr Sheth’s, Staze, and Lumine. Its distribution network covers more than 1 lakh retail outlets and spans over 18,000 pin codes across 700+ districts.
In Q2 FY26, Honasa reported a net profit of ₹39 crore, compared to a ₹19 crore loss in Q2 FY25. Revenue rose 16.5% YoY to ₹538 crore, showcasing steady growth across its brands.
