Bengaluru-based SaaS company Amagi Media Labs Ltd has filed its red herring prospectus (RHP) and fixed a price band of ₹343 to ₹361 per share for its upcoming initial public offering (IPO).

The ₹1,788.62 crore public issue will open for subscription on January 13 and close on January 16, while the anchor book will open on January 12. The IPO has a lot size of 41 shares, translating to a minimum retail investment of nearly ₹14,800 at the upper end of the price band.

The offering is a mix of a fresh issue and an offer for sale (OFS). Amagi plans to raise about ₹816 crore through the fresh issue, while existing shareholders will sell shares worth approximately ₹972.62 crore via the OFS route.

According to the RHP, proceeds from the fresh issue will be used to strengthen technology and cloud infrastructure, pursue inorganic growth opportunities, and meet general corporate purposes. The company had received approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for the IPO in November last year.

Several early and growth-stage investors are participating in the OFS, including Accel India VI (Mauritius), Norwest Venture Partners X – Mauritius, PI Opportunities Fund I and II, and Trudy Holdings. Individual shareholders such as Rajat Garg, Rahul Garg, Prem Gupta, Kollengode Ramanathan Lakshminarayana, and Rajesh Ramaiah are also selling shares.

Founded in 2008, Amagi operates a cloud-native SaaS platform that helps media companies launch, distribute, and monetise advertising across connected TV (CTV), OTT platforms, and linear television. The company serves global broadcasters and streaming platforms, with a significant share of revenue coming from international markets, particularly the US.

Financially, Amagi has continued to scale its operations. For FY25, the company reported revenue of around ₹1,162 crore and significantly narrowed its losses during the year. At the upper end of the price band, the company is expected to command a post-issue valuation of over ₹7,800 crore.
